Covid19 - Stage 4 Delay

We know things have changed considerably from we we first set out on our journey. Things may feel a little a little different this time round and we are making some changes to keep you and our team safe, as well as following the latest government guidelines.
Due to the Government Road Map for Stage 4 being delayed until the 19th July 2021 we have no choice than to postpone our 21st June 2021 to 11th September 2021 - all ticket holders can request a refund or hold on to their tickets for the next Wheat Beat Gathering by emailing with their original booking email or reference.
We will however, still be providing an app facility for ordering drinks and offering table service. We will be also be adding more tables and chairs for people to access within their group bubbles to help them feel safer should they wish to.
Tickets are extremely limited to keep footfall low and ensure social distancing can be achieved relatively easily.

To support our NHS and the Track and Trace system, we will be encouraging visitors over the Age of 16 to scan the NHS Track and Trace QR Code on entry. Those who can not access the app will be asked to leave their name and contact details. We must hold records for 21 days. This reflects the incubation period for COVID-19 (which can be up to 14 days) and an additional 7 days to allow time for testing and tracing. After 21 days, this information will be securely disposed of.
